MC oh MC

Today I woke up in the morning and experience pain at my right foot, more of at the lateral aspect.....I don't think that I can drive to work.

call my friend...need to meet him regarding my foot....around 9 am....so I informed my senior staff that I'm taking emergency leave today...sms to him at 7:35am.

my wife drive me to Hospital...while waiting for Doctor, my director calls me....she asked where I am...I told her that I'm in Hospital to see doctor about my foot....and I can't go to work...She started telling me that I should at least informed my senior staff that I'm taking emergency leave...she said that this is about professionalism....I told her that I've already informed my staff about it...and will informed her about my EL or MC and how many days after meet Doctors....now she starts telling me that I should make sure that my staff work up about my leaves....what a joke....she thought that she's teaching professionalism to me....well I think she need to learn more before started giving lesson to others...what I did is a step forward her....

I was given MC from 17.3.09 till 19.3.09.....sms to Kota Bharu head and my director about my MC....also call my senior staff...inform him about MC and ask whether director had called him or not about my EL....he said director didnot called him about it....He also already inform my other staff about I'm taking EL....I ask him to investigate about this incidence...
